OPERATION UNITY 2007

Hello, my name is Richard Isbell, Veteran’s Affairs Coordinator for the Mayor of the City of Columbus.  We are pleased to invite you to join us at Operation Unity 2007. The Operation Unity Event will be held in conjunction with The Gathering of Mustangs & Legends Air show at Rickenbacker International Airport September 27^th-30^th, 2007. This event allows local Veterans, Military members and their families to have access to a one-stop shop for information and contact resources geared towards VA health care, education, finding jobs, rights as veterans, city, state and federal benefits.

The City’s Veterans Committee sponsors this event once a year, and with the Gathering of Mustangs being a once in a lifetime event, we joined forces in order to bring the information on benefits to the community instead of the community traveling all over town to find the information they need. Plus you get to see a great show and learn about our Air History all in one event.
