To ensure the safety of City employees and citizens, the City of Columbus is instituting the following security measures.

City Hall (90 West Broad Street)
Uniformed security personnel will be present. All packages and deliveries are subject to inspection. The southern (Broad Street) and northern (facing the old Police Building) doors of city hall are closed for access by the public. All personnel and visitors to City Hall must enter through the doors of Front Street. Visitors will be required to check in at the front desk and present proper credentials. Each visitor will receive a "visitors badge" designating the floor they are visiting.

Beacon Building (50 W. Gay) and 109 N. Front Street
Uniformed security personnel will be stationed at the entrance of both facilities. All packages and deliveries are subject to inspection. In addition, security personnel will grant entrance into the facilities for visitors following same ID program set up for City Hall. These measures will be in effect until further notice.
